Ok, cool.  a few guys I owe Christmas trees.  Let anyone know.  If I owe them the trees are sitting waiting and i will hold on to them.  Also, I miss sharing fishing and hunting pictures with him and others.  I'm going to start a board here.

Speaking of hunting. I was half a heartbeat from a buck of a lifetime last night. He was at 12 yards, last light and when I was just getting ready to release my foot slipped slightly. My pin was still floating on the vitals, but he heard that slight slip and bolted right as I released. Maybe a 1/4 of a second in time. He ran about 10 yards, looked back at the arrow and walked off. Everything happened so fast, my nerves didn't even hit until after he walked off and everything sank in. I have never targeted a specific buck until this year and had a chance to kill the biggest buck I have ever seen alive.

Of course, today is youth rifle season opener, so my son in his humor told me not to worry. Some 6 year old kid will have him sitting on the back of his dad's truck by 0800 this morning having killed him with his .300 win mag we all know that the father pulled the trigger on. Haha.

I think at this point it's becoming clear that wcbb isn't coming back. Even in worst case hosting issues, I've never seen it take this long to restore a site. I hope I'm wrong. That place has been home for 18 years.

Yes, 18 for me too.

All I know is Bass was getting better, but I don't think anyone has hear from him in a couple weeks now.

I haven't tried to reach him. I figure he just needs to worry about his health right now. I know if there was an update BMJ would let us know.

Yea, I've been reading that forum since I was 17.  Never joined.  I didn't know I needed to as a kid.  But I followed his forum.  I agree does not feel good.

Hey you guys (in my Goonies voice) now I see where all the peeps went to. Glad I finally found my amigos. IDK it's not looking good for WCBB I've been there pretty much from the start also and I've never seen it down this long well now I have my second home
