Juat bought his book be your own bodybuilder coach, probably the comprehensive bodybuilding book written ever. Now I bought his fortitute training book and am thinking of trying it on offseason. Anyone with experience on it? Pros and cons?

I have the book, Be Your Own Body Building Coach, as well. Probably the best all around book on the subject I have found. As far as fortitude training, I don't do it strictly, but I do throw in muscle rounds every once in a while. They are a great, safe way to bring some intensity to a workout.
If it doesn't scare you, it is not heavy enough.
