Not so much on this board. I keep posting the issues with USPS delays. But most members do not read. Until it happens to them personally. Yes the mail suck!!! Sometimes we will send Express, priority ect. The USPS seems to change things once customers pays and it leaves the customers hand. We can not control this. We have complained. The answer they give us is. All mail can and may be delivered at a much slower rate. Due to their transitioning. “Not an Except-able answer”. But mate our hands are tied. Please READ the below information:
mail delays you are referring to are associated with Postmaster General Louis DeJoy and the USPS's "Delivering for America" (DFA) 10-year plan, not a person named "Joy". The plan, launched in 2021, is a cost-cutting and modernization effort that has resulted in longer delivery times for certain mail types and regions.
The reasons for mail delays under this plan include:
Slower service standards: The plan intentionally lowered on-time delivery goals for some First-Class Mail and other services, especially for mail traveling longer distances or to rural areas.
Operational changes: Key measures include consolidating mail processing plants, changing transportation schedules (e.g., mail sitting overnight instead of being transported immediately), and cutting work hours.
Infrastructure issues: DeJoy has cited a historic lack of investment in infrastructure, which required spending billions on repairs instead of modernizing processes, leading to operational inefficiencies.
Financial difficulties: The USPS has faced mounting financial struggles for years due to declining mail volume and a congressional requirement to prefund retiree health benefits. The DFA plan aims to reverse projected losses, but critics argue the changes have not generated sufficient revenue and have exacerbated delays.
Network restructuring: The plan is focused on restructuring the entire network to prioritize financial stability, which has meant significant changes to how mail is sorted and moved, impacting delivery times in specific locations.
While the USPS claims the changes will lead to more reliable service in the long term, many communities have experienced significant delays and service disruptions as the plan is implemented.
This is what it’s saying about mail some of you are waiting for. This was suppose to arrive Tuesday. Not it giving this update. The usps is not shipping mail out once you drop it off. They waiting 2-3 days before shipping out to next location. So please be prompt when sending payments. We like shipping orders out early. But if you are not prompt with shipping payments. We will have to wait until we receive your payments before shipping your order out. With this USPS delay already. This would take 3-4 weeks for you to receive your items. We really do not want to do this. When we ship your orders out early our $$$$ is not able to cover shipping for the customers that ships payments on time. Or you can use bitcoin. Let’s work together on this.
We are currently waiting 27 payments. Most of with the customer has received our products. We are happy and know it’s out of customers control if we know they took there’s to make timely payments to us. We want you to get your products as soon as possible. let’s keep things going the way we do. Send payments on time and last day of sales. Unless you’ve set up an arrangement. (WE WILL NO LONGER CARRY SALES INTO THE NEXT WEEK). Sales are due on sale date. Please see an example of what we are also going through we mail. This was supposed to be received on Tuesday. Noticed the update states it will not be arriving on due date.
