Couldn’t find an actual intro only area, so throwing my intro up here. I’ve been around for a while in diff boards. Was invited over here by a good friend from another board. Saw some familiar faces. Looking forward to being around. Here is a pic of me Last week. I train more BB style and for hypertrophy but like to keep my strength up. Been training since I was about 16. I’m 5’8 243lbs right now. Planning to shed some weight soon and lean out a bit.
