The USPS is not going against the grain. So the easy small packs of anything is not going to get through by USPS? The 15-20.00 shipping by USPS has come to a halt. We warned and saw these issues coming in Feb. Due to Tariffs and charges to administration on Free Trade.

USPS is implementing changes in 2025 that may lead to slower mail delivery times and higher costs. The USPS is lowering on-time delivery targets for certain mail classes, and also increasing postage rates according to industry publications and USPS news releases. These changes are partially due to declining mail volume and the need to cut costs.

Key Changes and Potential Delays:
Reduced On-Time Delivery Targets:

This former Postmaster General, Dejoy shut all small post offices down. Not all mail hoes to the big distribution  centers and they do not know your neighborhood like the local carries who live and delivered your mail for years.   They say this is saving money. Mean while customers are getting screwed and stamps and mail prices have been going up every few months.

The USPS is lowering its on-time delivery goals for various mail classes. For example, the target for first-class two-day mail is reduced from 93% to 87%, and for three-to-five-day mail, it's reduced from 90% to 80%.

Potential for Increased Delays:
Customers, especially those in rural areas or farther from USPS hubs, may experience longer delivery times due to the reduced on-time delivery targets.
Cost Cutting Measures:
The USPS is also implementing cost-cutting measures like employee buyouts and potentially merging with the Department of Commerce, which could lead to office closures and further layoffs.
Rate Increases:
Postage rates are increasing, including a 5-cent increase for a First-Class Forever stamp, according to the USPS and industry sources.
International Mail Service Suspensions:
The USPS is temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to transportation disruptions or service disruptions in those countries according to the USPS.
Customers should avoid mailing items to countries listed with service suspensions until further notice.
Additional Considerations:
The USPS is facing financial challenges, with projected billions in losses for 2025, which is a major driver for these changes.
The decline in mail volume, particularly first-class mail, is also a contributing factor.
There are ongoing discussions and potential for further changes, including a possible merger with the Department of Commerce.
