Why is 150 mg of TRT the Common Rule

Back in 60's, 70's, and 80's Bodybuilders were not dropping dead like we see today. It's like everything else in this world we are changing for the worst. Not mention we are all social,media doctors.  Who think we know it all.  (That more is better)??? Jury is no longer out on this.  It's a known fact we are dying.

We should always look at the Big Picture.  Which is are healthy and later in Life.  I put health in front of anyone when talking cycles and health.  If you have a provider that does not take your health into the converstation.  By all means, flee.  Because they will be no where around later in life.  When you are gething cathers, open heart surgeries, vascular issues.  Unable to bring a child into this world.    My # ONE  rule when dealing with a supplier.  Is he just selling to make money, does he have knowledge, does he carry phama grade and is he equipped with the AI or other products I need to recover.  Also if his product says a certain mg per cc?  Example 250-300 per MG.  Even if the numbers is off by a few numbers.  It's just due to processing,  Over dose is worst than it being low dose.  Over dose come with many issues.  READ ON BELOW to see results of high dose testosterone.

Damn bro, my doc gives me 100 mg per shot with my TRT. I wish I got 150 mg. Oh no!!! My total test might get to 850-900 ng/dl! well,  my arteries are clear as a newborn baby, my aorta is perfect and not distended, my calcium score is ZERO. Give an old man a little extra bro! My doc says 750 is max.

100-150 mg is Great safe dose for TRT.  Your doctor cares.  Keep him.  That's all you need.  Keep yourself healthy.  Glad to hear.

I do add 75 mg wk of eq 3 months on and 3 off and then once a year I do 100 mg wk of mast enanthate in the spring. My heart and arteries are as clean as a new born baby. Had the ultrasound aorta and artery check and the CT scan of my chest and all it's plumbing.

I'm really glad to hear this.  I don't understand these guys wanting to do 3000 mg a week.  They show their pics on boards.  I just shake my head.  Some don't even look like they lifts.  They are slowly and quickly killing themselves.  There is a much safer way.  SMH.  Good for you my friend.

Health first brother. I used to do real cycles. Never a gram of test but 500-600 mg of T wk deca or EQ and maybe an oral for 5 weeks. My lipids looked like shit, I was WAY bigger and stronger but I am not the type of guy who dwells on ego. My 170 lbs self now could beat the shit out of my 200+ lbs self from back then even though I was WAAAAAAY stronger. But lifts don't make a guy a fighter. My first boxing match was a smoker vs a short guy at 165 who was ripped and muscled up like a BB. My coach laughed while I shook in my boots. He said the guy will gas in 2 minutes after wining power punches constantly. After the first round I took over and beat him easily the next two, he did hit hard for most of the first and threw a few hard shots later but the speed was gone.

I LOVE fighting even though I am done competing. I am no fighter, I just train and spar now. I am still improving my technique but i am getting slower and loosing reactions. But dammit it is fun. I do miss bug lifts, only thing I do in the gym now heavy is 1x a month I do a 1 rep 90% squat. everything else in the 6-10 rep range.

I am happy and healthy. I wish that for all you guys. Life is way too short to do things that shorten it even more.
