Too much sugar in blood is dangerous. Normally if I go wild on sugar, I will get on my elliptical for 90 mins or120 mins. Seems like a lot of work but it well worth becoming a diabetic. Burn that sugar out your blood. If sugar is too high, you will get blur vison, moody, sleepy ect. Too low sugar gives similar results but add the shakes. Best way if you have one, is to prick your finger and check your blood sugar with a diabetic meter. Stay safe my friend.
