I have noticed that T4 on its own at 50-100 mcg a day will cause my heart to flutter a couple times a day. However, if I add in 12.5 mcg of T3 twice a day it stops. I just don't like the way T3 makes me feel. It feels like I am on 300 mg of caffeine all day long.
