How to Lower Hematocrit While on TRT

Are you on TRT and using higher dose.   Have lab work approaching and don't want it to affect your   prescribed testosterone script.  Here is something that may keep your hematocrit in safe range.
Introduction
High hematocrit levels are often seen in men who are on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). While this is not always the case, it is important to be aware of the symptoms of high hematocrit so that you can take steps to lower your levels if necessary. In this article, we will discuss what causes high hematocrit levels and how to lower your levels while on TRT. Keep reading to learn more.

What is Hematocrit and What are Normal Levels?
Hematocrit is a measure of the percentage of red blood cells in your blood. It is normal for men to have a higher hematocrit than women. The normal range for men is 40.7 to 50.3 percent, and for women, it's 36.1 to 44.3 percent. A higher than normal hematocrit level is called erythrocytosis.

What Causes High Hematocrit Levels?
There are many reasons why someone's hematocrit levels may be high. Some common causes of high hematocrit levels include dehydration, smoking, and pregnancy. If you are concerned that your hematocrit levels may be too high, it is important to consult with your doctor to determine the underlying cause.

How to Lower Hematocrit Levels While on TRT
There are a few methods that can be used to lower hematocrit levels while on TRT. One option is to drink plenty of fluids, as this can help to keep blood volume high. Another approach is to exercise regularly, as this can help to reduce the thickness of blood. Additionally, it is important to maintain a healthy diet and to avoid smoking, as these factors can all contribute to higher hematocrit levels.

Finally, if necessary, medications can be used to help lower hematocrit levels. However, it is important to speak with a doctor before starting any new medication.

Benefits of Maintaining Low Hematocrit Levels
Some of the many benefits of maintaining low hematocrit levels include:

1. Easier time regulating blood pressure

2. Increased energy and vitality

3. Reduced risk of heart attack or stroke

4. Better sleep quality

Risks of High Hematocrit Levels
A high hematocrit level can indicate that you have anemia, which is a condition where you don't have enough healthy red blood cells. This can cause a number of problems, including fatigue, shortness of breath, and chest pain. It can also increase your risk of heart attack and stroke. If you're on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), it's important to keep your hematocrit levels in check.

Conclusion
High hematocrit levels are often seen in men who are on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). While this is not always the case, it is important to be aware of the symptoms of high hematocrit so that you can take steps to lower your levels if necessary. As long as you follow the advice given in this article, you shouldn't have to worry about high hematocrit, even while taking TRT.re

1000 mg of citrus bergamot and 4,000 fu of nattokinase in the am/pm along with watching my vitamin c and iron intake took my hematocrit from a 57.1 on 2 June to a 50.3 on 26 July. Cardio remained the same.
If it doesn't scare you, it is not heavy enough.
