I see and read guys taking HGH All over. I often wonder do they’ know to take growth on a empty gut and never take when insulin leves are high. My other question is do they know growth increases the muscle cells but when adding insulin all those cells will increase in size. This is the reason guys come back months or a year later full and pumped.
I know all the horror stories you hear about insulin. I have help a bunch of mates on this board with their first insulin use. With zero issues. Insulin is can and will not hurt you if you have the proper person guiding you. If your new and you read these articles telling you to start with 10 iu? Hey yes it’s going to drop your sugar like crazy. But nothing the candy bar next to you will not stop within 30-40 sec. So most important do not try unless someone is going to walk you step by step. But it is not as bad as people make it. If you have hood teacher and start off 1-2. Iu to see how it works for you. But if your already on growth and it’s real why not turn heads this summer. You only need to take on workout days or a few iu to balance blood sugar from the increase insulin from the growth.
Although a different topic are you even adding additional T-4 ? Growths hormone if real will take the daily 25 mcg your body produce. By adding t-4 it will replace the lost add in a extra 35 mcg and it will assist the growth in fat burning Please see study below
I like to keep it 100 with you

Abstract
Background: A cooperative effect of exogenous insulin and recombinant human growth hormone (r-hGH) with respect to whole-body and skeletal muscle protein metabolism has not been demonstrated previously. This study examined the effect of r-hGH and insulin administration during euglycemic clamping and concurrent amino acid supplementation.
Methods: Twenty-three normal volunteers in the postabsorptive state were either treated with r-hGH for 3 consecutive days before a metabolic study (GH group; n = 10) or not treated (CTRL group; n = 13). The r-hGH dose was 0.2 mg/kg/day (n = 5) or 0.1 mg/kg/day (n = 5). All subjects then received an infusion of 14C-labeled leucine and tritiated phenylalanine, followed by measurement of baseline protein kinetics (GH and CTRL). Subsequently a euglycemic insulin infusion (1 mU/kg/min) with concurrent amino acid infusion was administered, and protein kinetic measurements were repeated at steady state.
Results: GH and insulin separately produced an increase in whole-body and skeletal muscle protein net balance. GH plus insulin was associated with a higher net balance of protein than was insulin alone.
Conclusions: r-hGH and insulin in the presence of amino acids and glucose combine to improve whole-body and skeletal muscle protein kinetics.
