The pen one shot is all you have per pen.  The vials are longer lasting and easier to increase or lower your dose.  As much as vendors want to move the pens.  More money.  For those who know me, I believe in being truthful.   The legit versions I'm sure will be produced soon by fake online pharma.  But as with the unlabeled growth much of you will learn the hard way and never really experience the real Semaglutide.
