I got the gummies for appetite. I went back home to see family for Christmas and they have dispensaries all over there. I also know someone growing for one that sold be a couple oz of 2 different strains pretty cheap.
Like you guys i have not done this in 30-35 years at least. Back in the Colombian and Acapulco gold days for $35/oz LMAO. I was a non-functioning pot smoker. If I smoked I went to bed or sleep. I had the paranoia thing always too. I was more into making paraphernalia for my sister & her pothead friends. Can't tell you how many piped & bongs I made for them all, lol. My preengineer days.
I came back for Christmas and once I settled for the night, I decided to give a strain a try. I took 3 hits and was toasted. I had just eaten and still cleaned out the cabinets, and went to bed still hungry. This may be interesting, lol.

I've tried thc gummies but actually prefer to smoke weed. I use to as a teenager close to 40 years ago and stopped for many years this past year I started again to help with pain relief for my knee replacement. The stuff out there now is no joke compared to what it was like back then it's become a science. I will say how it has helped with pain is incredible the hard part was learning the amount to use and strains. I was lucky to have help from a very educated person. I found I have more control with smoking than edibles. Edibles slowly release and it's easy to go overboard because you don't feel anything right away smoking 1 puff wait a couple minutes and you know where you are at. the tricky part is getting the right strain and potency.
Edibles take time to learn and the are no joke. Once you figure out your range and frequency, it is much better in my opinion. I don’t have to cough and hack like I do when I would smoke and they last so much longer. A decent gummy can last 4 hours plus depending on various things. When I first started back, like you I was out of it for a long time and you are right.... the shit they got now is nuts compared to when I was young.

it definitely has become a science now and is crazy the difference. I only smoke in the evening when I finally relax and it's 1-3 max puffs yes the coughing can be rough but I get the instant feel and it preps me for bed and helps ease the strain my knee took that day

Yes, this is what I hear. My father-in-law is going to send me different types from UK. He gave me an idea what he thinks I should try. owning his pharmacies abroad he can get me samples. He going to get a script for my sister-in-law and send it with her when she comes back in a month or so. Then I'll seek legal script here is the states.
I mean ain doctors are forcing this on patients. Just a year ago their tested you for this very same drug in order to give you pain medication. People are just (No good n his world). They confused the average person with these yo-yo laws. testosterone is not near as ad as insulin, if you do not know what your dong and the vials do not need a script. Only the pens. But this is because the makers are still profiting on the pens. Testosterone has been around so long their making that money. so they will side with congress to label control. This is coming from my father-in-law. He said years ago they made big money off of testosterone. If anyone is on TRT. Unless made in compound pharmacy. Most testosterone is made from abroad.

I use and love THC gummies. That is what I was referring to. Best choice I ever made and they made a huge impact on my issues after coming home.

I just tried a 10 mg called Wicked Sour soft lozenges. Says on-pack active THC 9.54 MG. It has done nothing hour into it. They're trying to talk me into a higher dose. But I'll walk lightly here. I like control of me.
I feel the same brother. That is why I have never tried recreation drugs and when I drink it is only a couple. However, that is not saying I have not gotten wasted before. Haha.

Gummy melatonin and fiber are about all I have experience in taking. Both work great as far as what they are intended for and if I am having some carb cravings I just pop a couple gummy fiber chews and all is good.

I picked up a pkg of gummies in Vegas to try at one of the shops. I'm not experienced with them. I tried one so far and I had forgotten I ate it when about an hour later I felt off then realized I was toasted, lol.
I'm thinking of using them for hunger more than anything. I need to get meals 6 & 7 in easier than being stuffed and saying screw it.
