retired from killing mailboxes. yes the tanning for me makes a huge difference it's light therapy with a twist lol. I believe the totals at the airport for the season so are slightly over 100" but with lake effect it's weird you can go from white out massive snow falling to absolutely no snow falling with in 5-10 miles max

The tanning helps. I was surprised at how much it helped me survive Illinois winters when I lived there.
You still killing mailboxes? How much snow have you gotten so far?
I don't do resolutions anymore either. Just try to be better each year.

I need to try and get out of this winter funk I'm in. I have extreme seasonal depression and have been able to avoid medication for it but it's getting harder and harder every year
MBK, bro... try tanning. I know it is kinda sissy unless about to do a show or such, but damn it helps.

I just started back up again yesterday. Cardio and tanning bed for now after 1 month I'll start training again slow and steady wins the race.
I was always at the gym until Covid first started then I got away from it after 20 years of hard training. I would occasionally go but couldn't deal with all the mask rules and crap. I started doing side work remodeling/construction stuff and that got out of control because of my level of skill. Everything was word of mouth and I would have 1-2 jobs going and 10-15 pending that became overwhelming. last march I had a full knee replacement and the rehab from that set me back more than I expected.

Never really got into the resolution thing...... people promising to do better for no actually reason.... Maybe it is a catalyst that some require for change, I am unsure of the motivation of others but for me, I just decide something and then do it.
I really don’t know what I would resolve to do. Maybe win the lottery?

Don't typically do one resolution nor year end/year start resolutions. I typically do them after self-reflection. I guess, since I am taking a more mentor role for 2023, I would say patience in listening and understanding.

Just try and get better every day in everything I do.

I never do them as I know i will not see them through as they are normally goals far more lofty than my desire to see them through.
What are yours if any?
