I work up to 5 minutes, or at least I did before winter set in. My goal is to build up to 10 once I start up again in the spring. My advice is to build up- the first time is a bit rough haha.

Bitter, how long do you stay in there?

I use ice baths while cutting. They are great for inflammation as well. I picked up a stock tank for around $100 and load it up with about 40 lbs of ice. It’s brutal to start, but I start looking forward to them after awhile.

I bought an inexpensive plastic one to try but it was summer here in Florida and I barely got the water to just cool on 10 bags of ice. and it melted so fast I said screw it.

I may try again as I really want to do this more frequently. I may get some containers and freeze my own ice and go from there.
