Yea the one died after 30 mins. I had it off and on. While moving items around. The the 20 V 8h. I have not use that one yet

My dewalt batteries last a long time. I have no idea how long of constant use but I charge them once every other time I work.

Yes.  All good.  Thank You.  I'm ordering the (10) longer use time.  Ordered that yestrday.  That way when battery dies, I'll just slap another one in. and keep it moving.  I like getting stuff done.  But yes, it fits perfect.

I've never had a problem with the "Waitley" brand knockoff batteries. The fit and finish are dead-on, and they charge just fine in any name brand Dewalt charger.

Yea. We got the battery in. I used it. The first battery run time tine lasted 20-25 mins. But this includes on and off time.  The second one. I didn’t used yet due to adding a new depth /fish finder.

But I worry about off brand products. I like to get the real brand name.  Dane way I feel about gear. Brand names.

All of the latest gen batteries should fit. They have been out for many years. I have a bunch of dewalt tools too

Yep...And there are generic batteries sold on ebay/amazon, that work just fine with Dewalt tools, and are less than half the price of the name-brand ones...

I worry about some of those chinese batteries. They function but in my experience do not have the same run time. But you can buy 2 for the price of 1 so is it ia loss?

Well anytime I'm coming from Dubai on business.  I'm stopped.  I'm sure they have more videos of me coming and going than the top movies currently out.  Its find.  I'm always respectful and good.  I've learned my height and size.  Speaks for itself.  It takes a lot to get into my blood.  I lost it one time in NYC.  My wife said, before she could get the words out, "Don't Do That.  I had the guy in the air slammed against a wall.  On the subway.  Guy bumped into my girl and said nice butt.  Which was fine until he tapped her on the butt to get her attention.

I don't ever want to go through that again.  So, custom and Homeland can do their thing.  I got nothing but love for them.  Protect the sky's and homeland.  My girl order the larger AH.  Which I hope will fit.  Looks like it will.

They shouldn't need to confiscate the batteries. That's bs. You do need to put them in the carry-on luggage as opposed to checked though. I see technicians with tools and cordless power tools as carry-on all the time.

I bought a Dewalt 20 V Vauumc cordless handheld.  As usual I was pulled into secondary once I enter the Airport.  This time they brought my luggage to the room.  My abroad runner forgot to question how to transport the Dewalt 20 V Lithium Max XR battery.  The battery reads Dewalt XR 20 V 5 AH. Customs did take the two batteries I had.  Which I had no problem with.  Their doing here job.  I'm pulled in so much.  I know them all by name and have written them diets.  But sometimes new guys are working that I do not know.

My wife ordered a 20 V XR 8 AH battery. My question.  Will this fit and is the (8AH) just a longer lasting battery as far as use before battery dies? The battery that came with it is a 20 V 5ah battery.

I tried canceling but it appears when ordering online.  The charger and battery comes from different locations?

The product is Dewalt 20 V Vacuum Cordless hand Held vacuum (battery  DCV501HB)  Also thinking should I order 2-3vbatteries.  Want to use to clean boats and the family's  SUV
