Now that they have released all the data and info on this. This guy was a dumbass. He said numerous times, "rules were made to be broken" On using carbon fiber as a pressure capsule. I know from motorcycles, if a carbon wheel is damaged even slightly, like a nick or such they will be more prone to failure. Luckily for motos the wheels are FAR stronger than needed so a nick will cause little chance but extreme cases like this sub, not a good idea.
