Title: Re: Pre-workout Meal
Post by: Big Chicken on September 05, 2023, 07:13:44 pm

I keep my pre-workout high and train 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours after.  I had to find this timing sweet spot.  It was trial and lots of areas to know how long before workout and pre-workout meal.  i hate tasting food after heavy squats.   if you've been there.   Shout!!!

I take 60 g oats, 5 g cocoa, a scoop of Mutant protein, a 100-125 g banana and 125 g of liquid egg whites, blend them up and make pancakes with some Walden Farms syrup. Perfect preworkout meal with around 45 g pro/75 g carbs/5 g fat. Sprinkle in a little insulin.

I just do 25 grams of iso protein, creatine after training. no carbs. Then an hour or so later I eat a meal. I do not want to gain mass,

I do not eat preworkout. Take a good gut shot and whatever is left is liable to come up.
