I disagree.  I'm not a doctor but anyone with blood sugars near the 100's for a long period of time should be treated to get those numbers down along with diet.  Which diet is the biggest problem people just don't want no parts of.  Not thinking It's still causing fatty liver to worsen.   Also a A1-C of 7 continuously should be given stronger meds if tablet is not working.
