I have moved away from most pressing for shoulders in my aging years. It seems to do more harm than good. If I do any overhead pressing I will do a light W press that I learned watching Will Full. 50 lbs dumbbells work just fine for me and it took some work just to get up to them. I prefer to just torch my delts with some intensity work I learned watching Dusty Hanshaw, John Meadows and Andrea Shaw. Joe Bennet "Hypertrophy Coach" has some cable work for delts that I still haven't found anything that hits harder in a straight set.
