I am not watching it, as my attention span for Ozempic is not that long. Haha.
For us who live this lifestyle the only benefit I see with Ozempic or semaglutide, is helping with blood sugar and insulin sensitivity. If your relationship with food is already in a good spot, meaning you eat like a bodybuilder, you will find it difficult to get food down even with a minimum effective dose. I tried it on contest prep to make the prep less miserable. It actually made it more miserable. I struggled to even get down 1750 calories a day despite doing 1.5-2 hours of cardio and training 1.5-2 hours a day. I should have been so hungry I felt like killing someone, but I actually loathed food. My energy was in the tank. This could have also lead to me being hospitalized, not from the semaglutide itself, but due to the low number of calories I could get down with my level of activity.
