It will tear your ass up if you eat too much of it.

I have a cast iron gut. I can eat all of it or brussels sprout, cabbage or what have you and not have a problem. You may be strong, have great cardio, have bog muscles but I can eat anything so we are kinda the same.

It is funny, because if I am eating like shit, I can eat anything. I could eat bags of brussel sprouts and broccoli, but if I am eating clean, I really have to limit myself.

I agree with all of them except broccoli. Broccoli is one of the highest gut inflammatory natural foods we eat. It is one of the very first I eliminate from a clients diet if they are having stomach issues and it usually clears everything up.

For real bro? I thought it was good for you. I have no stomach probs. I know it is a bit hard to digest but lots of good vitamins and minerals.

I have not tried yet but I may go in the mindset as if I was dieting for a show.  If not I wouldn't last either.

I did an anti inflammatory diet for a while and felt great but started craving smoked meats and other not so healthy things.
