Very good point. It never raise mine but never checked or has issues with iron.

I used to eat it every day until it drove my red blood cell count through the roof. One serving has more iron than 12 ounces of red meat. I could spend more money and buy one of the fancy brands that are not fortified with iron, but figured I could just get my carbs from other sources.
