I'll have to pull the studies, if you can trust.  Suppose to be no sides.  I do use them and I do throw the extra cardo when eating sweets. But it's better to stay away.  Once your off sweets you are good, unless you break that bond once.  It's an addition I think.

Recently I ate a protein bar with that maltitol stuff in it. have me bubble gut. That night I woke myself up farting over and over. Terrible stuff. But it will clean you out.

When I see possible side effects, just makes me not wanna use it. I would rather just not eat sweets and if I do I will hit the treadmill and extra 30 minutes and balance those calories  to an extent.
