yes mine is a lot hired when I'm on cycle. It's just force in USA. I have to keep it low. Then she will see me in m6-9 months as long as it's in range. On cycle. I'm way over that. I should have been more clear.

Haha. My counts were higher than that before I ever injected anything.
I go back to what Dante said, there are entire populations living at elevation with HCT in the 54-56 range and none of them or having strokes.
You can also count on one hand how many bodybuilders have died from strokes. Heart attacks... that is another story. Manage that blood pressure. You could have an HCT of 60. If your blood pressure is normal and your platelets are normal, there is no risk.

When my Endo says it's a few numbers off loke. 51 and 17.5. I stop inject for 1-15bdays and it;s back in normal range. Because she will tell me to do another CBC

RBC turnover takes anywhere from 45-90 days, so typically that is how long it would take to see a difference if all other variables remained the same. If you did other things to lower your RBC then it could speed up the process. I have been taking methylene blue at 15 mg morning and afternoon and saw a 5% reduction in 30 days. I had removed all other items I used to keep my RBC, HCT and hemoglobin in check, because I wanted to see how it would work on its own and it performed very well. I have added everything else back in and will do labs mid Feb.

Hmm? I don't totally agree. I've lowered mine to normal levels After 10-15 days. But they were only one or two numbers over
