Yeah, if you are doing a heavy oral stack like that they can be used as a good indicator for when you need to back off. I just like when guys are running orals and freak out when their AST and ALT come back double the reference range and I have to tell them to calm the fuck down. You should have been that high anyways if you trained hard. It's when they come back in the upper 200's and 300's that you need to start looking. I was listening to Kurt and Paul talk about in on a podcast, they have seen values as high as 1100 come back on some clients.

If i train balls out and do my BW the next day. my liver values are always high. I stopped training the day before over the years and normal. Granted if you are doing 150 mg of drol ED and you are on week 6 they are gonna be high. (Damn I miss drol, I was a monster even if my cardio was diminished)
-
Nope. AST and ALT mean absolutely nothing for most people and fluctuate daily based on what you are doing. Train hard in the gym, they will be 3x the reference range. If not, you need to train harder. Catch a cold, elevated. Have a sex the night before, elevated. Eat something too spicey. elevated.
Just like we don't use creatinine as an indicator for kidney function, as it is a very poor indicator for kidney health. Use Cystatin C or do a clearance test. We don't use ALT and AST as an indicator for liver health, we use GGT.

Really. Those liver test are very important to keep
in check.

I wonder how high and was it ALT, AST or GGT? I could give zero fucks about ALT and AST. They basically mean nothing, as they are influenced by so many variables.
