Just microdose retatrutide.
My A1C actually went down (4.9) during this growth phase, pushing more food and running 18 iu of GH.
I know a lot of people use it to cut down the food noise and it does help with that, but I threw it in to manage blood sugar, as I knew blood sugar was going to be the limiting factor running that much GH for 10 weeks. I even had to reduce my pre and post workout humalog, as I was going hypo on my previous dose, which is crazy running that much GH.

interesting, I guess that is why instant rice and potatoes have a lower glycemic index than regular rice and fresh potatoes.
People have been using apple cider vinegar to help with high blood sugar for a long time. I make my own dressing with ACV and olive oil.
I also heard eating fat and protein before a meal reduces insulin dump and high blood sugar that causes it.
