It will Def make a difference. I stop 2-3 hours. Most of the time. I may have Casein protein. ( Maybe rare). Just to kill the craving.
I have no probs falling asleep. It is staying asleep. Many times I wake up at 1-3am STARVING! I do eat an early dinner and try to make food that sticks with me. But it seems I am ALWAYS hungry!
