Yeah I am not looking at that sort of thing at all.  If I do this, I want someone to be able to help me not just BS me.  I know how to do it, I just want some more input and help I guess.  I don’t like the current culture where everyone is a fucking expert....

I gave my opinion elsewhere but I am not a fan of today's online coaches...be they pros or wannabes
Most have you check in with pics once or twice a week and if they are smart have you fill out a question & answer of things with your pics. Like: how well did you follow the diet, training, bad things you did, rest, how you feel and all that. Then they should tweak things, but many just give the same shit week after week and say "you look good" or "do this or that better" thinking their plan is the best of anyone. Many don't pay a lick of attention to their actual clients, never call or set up a video chat and keep feeding them the same bs and collecting $$. If a person is training and has a good nutrition plan they WILL make progress so many clients think they are getting something when they aren't, at least not like before the pandemic where everyone became an online expert.

Has anyone ever tried this before?  I think I understand most of what I am doing but I really don’t try to keep up with too many current trends.  Mainly I come here to be abused by Jipped in his closet.

I am wondering what benefit it would have to hire someone to critique my diet, my supplement choices, and my training regimen.

Anybody have any experience with this?
