As one ages and not competing this is good practice. One will be surprise how weekly to E10D will raise your test levels. For good and safety.

Im a huge believer in "less is more". Minimal doses (TRT+) regular-bloods and monitoring, this can be done safely and for decades.

Forget everyone else in the video. Listen to doctor. Get bloods every 3 months. and donate when possible. You can reach your goals on normal dose
