I will listen to this tomorrow at while I work. Thanks. As much as I have been punched in the head over the last several years in sparring I need all the help I can get.

I hope you continue to be well.  Knowledge=Power.  Never know who we may help or understand with this condition.    I love bodybuilding and football.  But I know overall, muscle, healthy dieting, and drug science have been the key to my success.

I try to mitigate brain damage. I take a lot of brain healthy supps and Cerebrolysin after sparring hard.

Spend a little now to save later.
