I have used both. HGH from the right source is amazing. There is a huge difference in sources. Once I used HGH pens I immediately saw a huge difference from the "pharma grade" stuff I had bought in the past. HGH has a great place especially for us older guys but for results, IGF has it hands down. Skin tearing pumps, growth without bloat and muscle that sticks around after the cycle.
