As many as you can get away with and still recover.

Yeah, I have. strange fish. A lot like a salt water black drum.

Old black and ugly. When I hit the Gulf I will sometimes just throw a rod out that has some dead shrimp or cut bait on it and place it in the rod holder behind me. I have been spun around by some big black drum, string rays and sharks a few times. Always a fun.

General Discussion / Re: Police Officers PTSD
« on: March 15, 2024, 11:04:57 am »
I work with the police a lot. We do not carry guns as neighborhood services officers and deal with homeless meth heads all the time. I have seen some crazy stuff but never got involved. Never anything like shooting someone.

Recall the time that cop shot and killed the kid on the playground with a replica gun? Even though he was exonerated I know that messes with him.

Nut even more, Marines and Army infantry in real combat, I cannot think of anything that would cause PTSD worse than that.

We deal with that in combat, as well. We have shot kids who surprised us in the heat of battle with what looked like they were armed, they weren't. We were cleared, as they said 99 out 100 Marines would have pulled the trigger. It doesn't matter if you are cleared. Of all the Marines I have lost, all the fire fights I have been in, hit by IEDs, rocket attacks, etc... nothing hits PTS harder than taking an innocent life.

Testosterone is natural, so if I take more testosterone, I just become more natural...

Been wanting to go, but the weather has been absolute dog shit lately. If the sun does come out, it is either 20 degrees or warm and winds are blowing 30-40 mph. It has been raining a lot, so everything looks like chocolate milk. May be a little bit before I get out. I was supposed to go to Louisiana to fish next month to fish the Gulf, but have to cancel the trip. My son is returning home from deployment and my wife wants to go to his homecoming. Being retired military, I am like, he doesn't give a shit if you show up. He just cares that he is back in America and gets to go on leave a couple weeks later.

Training, Cycles & Diets / Re: Best Exercise For Big Shouders
« on: March 06, 2024, 02:39:39 pm »
The only thing in my shoulder that grows from pressing is the pain. I stopped pressing, focused on isolating the delts while doing raises and my shoulders grew quite a bit. Now they are one of my better body parts.

For side delts I like Joe Bennett's laying braced cable laterals and Dusty Hanshaw's dumbbell lateral superset, taking the lateral to failure at a full ROM then doubling the weight and doing a 1/3 ROM for the same number of reps. Choose dumbbells you can get 18-25 reps is the magic sweet spot. Even better, doing that superset for Myo matching sets. Instead of going to failure back it off about 5 reps, but do it for 3 rounds with 2 minutes between each round.

Front delts I like Meadow's front dumbbell raises laying on the incline and barbell pass offs. Barbell pass offs are when you perform a barbell raise and pass it off to your partner at the top of the lift, you keep your arms up, they perform the lift and pass it to you. Keep going until one of you fails. Keeping your arms up and straight out while your partner performs their lift makes all the difference in the world. The pump gets bad.

Andrea Shaw has a really good rear delt raise laying on your side. Laying down keeps the traps from taking over when your rear delts start to get tired.

Training, Cycles & Diets / Re: Primobolan Why you are Missing Out
« on: February 28, 2024, 06:31:07 pm »
I am not missing out. Haha. In recent years, I have discovered that 100 mg of test and 100 mg of primo or mast beats 200 mg of test for TRT. It isn't even close. I feel better, grow better and look better.

During my heaviest portion of contest prep, I might run 200 test/300 mast/100 primo that is it.

Glad to see Nick back at it and that his hamstring tear was just a tiny obstacle.

Since it has been shared on a couple of the other boards, I just wanted to let everyone know, Basskiller passed away yesterday from health issues he has been battling for a long while. RIP legend

I have a Dragonfly fish finder. You couldn't pick out a fish to save your life on it, but it picks up the terrain of the bottom and structure really well. That is all I care about.
