Has anyone used them for meal delivery? I am thinking about doing a meal delivery again as my schedule is really pressed for time for the next 6-8 months. I really want to try and do a contest prep kind of thing. Don’t want to compete, just get back into that shape one more time.....

I know one meal prep business. He is a friend of KINGKONGGF. I have his info and direct link on the forum.
I’ll check into that. Thank you bro.

Bro, I found a local place that does it. I can go pick up freshly prepared meals that have not been frozen and/or sitting around an assembly line for hours.
It is actually a tiny bit less than the mail services i reckon saving on shipping, the food seems higher quality and it is a mom and pop shop less than a 1/4 mile from my house.
Check around in the googles for a place like that near you. You still staying west Tx?
I’m in SW Louisiana on a gig for the next few months.

Trifecta turned out not to be what I needed. I guess I am going back to prepping my own meals. Their ratios aren’t where I want them and they are too expensive. $310.00 for 21 meals isn’t helping me out in the wallet area....

KINGKONG partner's listings here on the board MYSCFUEL PERFECT MEALS TO ORDER. Give him a shout. Tell him EG referred you. Question him and see what he can do. I met him through KINGKONG on bass board. He is listed here in board.
never have been able to agree with Trifecta offerings. Right now I'm good going between fitpro and megafit in off season.l When it comes to going back into contest rep I'll do meal prep myself probably.
Yeah. I am just going to go back to prepping my own meals as well. I am working six days a week right now and wanted to make it easier on myself but all these meals I see are 24 gm of fat and up and I am not used to that at all. I think maybe I should just do my own again.

Prepping is a pain. But now it's a way of life for me. At least I know my macros are 98-99% on target

Nothing beats your own prep.
I'm assuming alot of competitors coming off condition is from inconsistencies of macros from food prep services.
