I have been running 250 a week of Test Enanthate for a long time. I split it into 2 doses of 125 each. I am also on 2uis of hgh every day, once in the morning. In my possession I have 20 mls of NPP and 10 ms of 250 mg Deca. I got plenty of test and I can get whatever I need.
I just signed on with a meal service that should arrive by the weeks end so my diet should clean up even more. Right now, I am training weights only once every day for about 45 minutes - 1 hour every morning. I want to lean out and I need some advice.
I am wanting input so with that said..... I am thinking I should add in some low intensity cardio but how much? I don’t know if 30 minutes/ 3X a week or 1 hour 5X a week..... So what do you guys think?
I also think I want to add in Tren and maybe bump up my test as well so I am willing to listen as I have literally just been cruising on 1 cc a week. Also, should I up my hgh to 3-4 ius a day? I like my size and I need to drop some body fat and I know we got guys on here who compete so come on, help a broth out. I have been stuck right at the border of awesome for a few years and yes, I am big as hell but I also need to cut while not losing my mass so I think adding in some hep would be beneficial.
What do you think?
I should also add that I am probably around 18% bf currently and about 285 and the only extra fat is right around the mid section. I really want to hit a -10 range again.... and still put on a little mass...

You would definitely benefit from some slow steady state cardio. You can actually get away with doing it every day, since it is low intensity. I usually do 20-30 minutes a day, 20 minutes on days I train and 30 minutes on non-training days. I prefer fasted, but if that is not feasible at least get it in.
As far as tren, I am all for it. However, no matter what dose or ester I am running I still limit the duration to 8 weeks. I have done as little as 25 mg of tren ace 3x per week and as much as 75 mg eod with similar results when it comes to cutting. However, nothing, and I mean nothing, compares to parabolin at 100 mg every 3 days. I have never felt anything like it.
You could also throw in some clen and T-3, but clen and tren together might dry you out. I ran tren, clen and winstrol last year. After week four, no bueno.
I am thinking of running the tren and the cardio as well.

I'm in agreement with GF. I've done too much tren at too high doses and honestly can say for me, more did nothing more. As for Parabolin, my hair fell out like I was on chemo. never again.
How much walking are you doing up at the job site? If you can get in 11,000 steps a day you will be doing well IMO. Between that and cleaning up your diet as you mentioned, you should be good.
