Been following the Mediterranean diet over the last few years with great results . Has really improved my blood work numbers . I drink EVOO in morning and before bed . I stay away from simple sugars and saturated fats .
When you did this diet and removing sugars. Did your AST AND ALT go down? I know your A1C DID.
How much EVOO do you drink? I dod this when I go keto but not regularly. I do use it for salad dressing with salt and pepper but i do not know if it is enough to benefit me.
