This Topic is well overdue. Let's discuss this. Is it better to ignore running high blood sugar or to master the art of lowering them? What are the Pros and cons of but option? Let's stop ignoring the obvious and work on improving and enjoying a better life by addressing it. As of Jan 24, 2022, 37.3 million Americans have diabetes. 96 million Americans have pre-diabetes. I promise you to shy away from this issue has already begone the process of ruining and complicating mood swings, health conditions, lost limbs, and eventually death!
