If you overuse.  You will pay.  I mean if I recall the body normally makes about 2 iu per day. I think Milos has a lot of knowledge but ever person is different and although I like his knowledge.  He should not push everyone to crazy limits.  But Milos was one of the first to introduce HGH to the bodybuilding world in USA.  If you ever listen and watch Milos in person or on Youtube.  He is breathing very heavy.  Low insulin dose and moderate (REAL HGH) will get you to your goal if not further. I think insulin is good for pushing nutrients into the muscles and keeping your blood sugars in range while you increase carb intake.   But this does not mean high dose.  I mean allowing your sugar levels to remain high is a very, very bad idea.
