Just like doctors need to stop dismissing elevated blood pressure. They turn a blind eye unless it is really high. Readings of 150/80 they will just say, you might need to watch that or you need to eat better and exercise. Really, dumbass? If you are 130/80 for two visits in a row and the doctor doesn't suggest treating it, you should raise some hell. Even 130/80 for extended periods of time will cause damage, especially kidney damage. This is the number one reason bodybuilders have poor kidney health. It is not the protein or PEDs directly, it was what the PEDs and food do indirectly, raise blood pressure.
Now, couple that with elevated glucose levels... you are really doing some damage.
