Hey Guys. Looking forward to chatting with you guys and learning and my journey through the bodybuilding world continues. I have been off and on for 20plus years now. My brother was an IFBB pro for 11 years and my father was for over 15 years, so was blessed with decent genetics. My goal is to learn more from other vets. Thanks for the add!!

I also hang out over on the peak muscle forums and I am a part of the vet group there. Even though I stay in the background most of the time, I am active and love to mingle.

Hey mate. WOW. You are armed with talent. This is good stuff. Most are low keyed here. With work a lot in the back ground. We have about 11 IFFB and a bunch of National NPC champs.  I came off the stage about 5 years ago due to injuries. Muscle tears. The repairs left to much visual signs.   So I’m now training mates on and off line.  I have three mates and one female. Should be getting Pro card.  Good to see you here, mate.   Any question feel free to hit me up
