That's my whole point.   I agree.  Everyone is different.  I joke.  If i just look at dbol my estrogen levels rise.  You are very wise.  I to learned through trial and area.  I'm low dose test and 2-3oo primo for summer and sometime mast.

Welcome to the board.

Thank you
I read you take 5iu HGH eod

Why EOD and what brand if no secret?
Because good hgh 2-3iu is more than enough this is why I ask. Do you also supplement with Thyroxine or you normal thyroid like many and don't need it. Because I noticed some guys who have low blood thyroxine get on Gh and body produces Insulin to lower the blood sugar since no thyroxine to turn to t3 and burn it.. causing them develop diabetes.

There are a couple reasons I have seen guys go with EOD vice ED GH, but both stem from mitigating negative effects. First, guys that suffer from the carpal tunnel issue from ED GH use have found EOD use to typically stymie this effect. Second, like you eluded to, some end up developing blood sugar issues. However, I have only seen this in those running higher doses. I have never seen it at 2-3 iu a day and even if I did, I would suggest berberine, as it has shown to have a pronounced impact at lower blood sugar increases caused from GH. Also, taking it before bed instead of first thing in the morning tends to lessen the negative effect on blood sugar.

One more thing to note, studies shown there was no significant difference in IGF-1 levels when taking GH ED or taking twice as much EOD. Despite that, I still take mine every day. I just take one day off a week, which keeps the carpal tunnel issue away for me.

Very good information thank you
