This guy is great! I wish I could go up to 200-250 mg wk but I am real gyno sensitive and do not like taking serms/sarms.

After each Inject.  7-10 after injection.  You still have mg left in you from last injection.  For TRT user after a month are so.  Their labs have high readings of testosterone.  This is when the Endo will tell you how much to cut back and if your Hemo ect is showing 52-54 and 18 on the other they will tell you how much to cut back.  In order to lower blood thickness.  Everyone is different.  Weekly dose for you might not work for next mate.

I love Vigorous Steve. I try and watch all his videos while doing cardio or listen to them while I at the gym, but they used to be 2-3 hours and he was putting out a few a week. I couldn't keep up.

Once I started working with clients, I really started to see how much TRT was all over the map. Some guys need 300 mg a week to get 750 total test. Others would be 1200+ on just 150 mg a week. Estrogen is all over the map as well. I run in the 70's on 150 mg a week, but have not side effects, so I leave it alone. I have a client who came to me on 150 mg a week and his estrogen was in the 120's with 5. mg of aromasin twice a week. I had him drop the aromasin and go to .5 mg of arimidex twice a week and it got him down ot the 90's. He is a true TRT guy, so no masteron or primo. Blood thickness is another thing all over the map. Even without test, I have a HCT around 54. Blessed and cursed at the same time. My endurance is why I was named Genetic Freak. However, even on 150 mg of test I can run as high as 58 HCT unless I cut out pretty much all red meat, cereal grains, high iron vegetables, any supplement containing vitamin C, etc... While I have clients that can run a gram of test for 12+ weeks that are still at an HCT of 50-51.

So what is the best TRT? Whatever is best for you.

Everything you said is so true.  I have clients as well and each are different.  I say blood work should be a must.  To keep track.  You can't do the same dose of others if your labs are not safe. 

 GF  did you say 58?  I try to keep my guys at 17 and 51-52.  Unless their competing.  We have a sit down and discuss their labs.  But to get into pro shape and size.  All my guys are over the blood thickness.  I will advise against it but their competing and won't listen.  I have been their back in the day.  I agree Steve is Good Stuff

Yeah, I can get as high as 20 and 58 on TRT if I am not paying attention to iron intake. I really fucked up and was eating Grape Nuts with my Greek Yogurt post workout and eating up to 4 servings of Grape Nuts on my high carb days. I knew it had iron, but didn't look at the label. One serving of Grape Nuts has as much iron as a 12 oz steak. I was also cooking my protein pancakes and egg whites on cast iron. I stopped eating the Grape Nuts and just added more blueberries for carbs and switched to a non-stick pan. Went back to an 18 and 54.

BC cooking with a cast iron pan leeches iron into food. Quite a bit.

Great info.

I am super estrogen sensitive unfortunately. I used to come off 1x a year for 3 months and bank my TRT test and double it for 3 months in the spring. No can do anymore. So I add masteron. I feel great even with a low dose but I do miss feeling like superman for 3 months.

Like Jipped said, the iron from the pan leaches into the food. One of the reasons people from the past never had iron deficiences.

The only side effect I had, it took a lot longer to get up and start moving. It is like you are an old diesel engine. Takes a while to get her started and a lot of effort to get her rolling, but once she does, she is unstoppable.

Got it.  I'm have not been there yet.  I only know when to high from labs.  I usually grow like a giant when labs are higher.  Then I getting the disappointed news.  Take it down and see me in two weeks.  when i'm abroad with my wife's family those doctors will see me anytime at night or day.  The doctors use her family pharmacy throughout EU.  Those doctors take care Hadi Choopan like he is a King.

  I  was in the same private hospital as him to give blood.  He was lying there in bed.  You could see his blood going through the tubes.   Not to be mean but his eye reminds me of a pigeon.  He shook his head and smiled.  But no one would say who he was or what was being done??????  No phone is allowed in that place.  But the wife and eye knew him.  It was like 3:00 AM in the morning??????   He was just chilling.

So to update this. At the end of November on 100 mg of test cyp/mast e 2x a week my HCT was 58.1 and hemoglobin was 20.2. Like I said, I fucked up and was taking in way too much iron. I increased my dose of nattokinaise to 4000 fu and citrus bergamot 2000 mg 2x per day, dropped all vitamin C, stopped all red meat consumption, switched from cast iron to non-stick and cut all cereal grains. I also changed my TRT to 50 mg test cyp/primo e 3x a week. Labs from Friday just came back and my HCT is 50.3 and hemoglobin is 17.1. The nurse had to audacity to still say that is high. I busted out in laughter.

BTW I don't give blood, EVER. I used to and two weeks after I would my HCT/RBC/hemoglobin would be higher than it was before, so I stopped. I don't care if my HCT came back and 60. I would just make adjustments or come off test all together. Maybe cruise with anavar for 6-8 weeks and let the liver take a beating. My cholesterol can handle it. My total never goes over 120. It was 106 this time.

Awesome bro, I ain't giving up red meat. not a chance in hell. I have found modulating carbs and not eating leafy greens keeps mine high normal and I give blood every 2-3 months.

Ok. If my levels were yours are to long. I would be sluggest   Before tesring my Quad tendon. Off season at 305. I was about 6 years younger. I felt sluggest. I would gues pose and zi would be out of breathe and not wanting to move. But my youth kept me going. The new GASP OPENING ABROAD my levels were in range and my body weight was 280-285 lbs I had more energy.  But your 17 number is ok. I try to be around 1)/27 and “
49-50 on the other. But if I on the road and have a few openings and I get checked abroad zi get to 18 and 18 and 52. Now that I don’t compete and just do DASP openings abroad and guest post at local non NPC home town shows. I don’t do a lot.   Few shots of injectable dball, and test gets me the best pumps. I’m currently at 265. Abs are showing but holding water. I’m on test, inject cvar at the moment. I have not had bloods since on this cycle. Oh and 5 iu of HGH  every other day.  But I’ll drop water if I need to quick

I’ve seen guys blood so thick. Their blood pools in their feet and their feet selll. One guy just had 8 veins closures. He is only 24. I told him he will have to find another supplier. I know his family and I’m not watching him blow a clot to lungs and heart then head. He has had 5 clots within last year.  His readings  20 and 58. After seeing those labs and his feet. I told my guys let him contact me. I want to see him and his labs.   I never want to be a part of hurting anyone. That’s why I’m not a home brewer. Sterile means a lot to me.
