Yep, I drink a diet soda once every 3 months. Today I had a Mountain Dew Zero. I felt like white trash standing at the counter with a bottle of Dew and a bag of pork rinds...

You got to enjoy. zEvery now snd then. I got  jammed up eating 3 x 10
inch sweet potato pies. athe good folks next to us are farmers.  Between the Shgh and pies. sonja's heat sweats. Not like blow sugar. I mean I was burning up
 Check sugar it said, Alert!!!!  Meeting it was off the chart.   Not to mention not thinking. I wasted my growth injections. high sugar better off skipping

The burning has went away. I love her pies but full of sugar. I do same thing every year. aim fine for the year
