These suckers use to refund you on the spot.  Now you have to go through the website.  But go and get your money.  If you pay for Next Day and they don't delivery.  Go claim your refund.  Don't give those terds anything.  They always mess up


Priority Mail Express Refund for Late Delivery
Priority Mail Express has a guaranteed delivery date based on the Post Office where the mailpiece was dropped off, when it was dropped off, and the delivery zip code.

If your Priority Mail Express mailpiece is not delivered by the guaranteed time, you can request a refund at USPS.com.  Refunds will no longer be processed at Post Office locations.

Please note, Priority Mail Express 1-Day shipments mailed December 22 through December 25 and delivered or had a delivery attempted within 2 business days of the date of mailing do not qualify for a refund.
