That really sucks brother.

I have not had that problem, because I get my meds from the VA via mail or TriCare on base. However, I think that just seems to be customer service in general anymore. These larger corporations stopped caring about their customers long ago when they realized they outpriced the small stores by so much, most people are forced to shop with the corporations.

We have a local grocery store that I shop at any time I need to buy something I cannot find at the commissary. I would rather spend 10-25% more at the local store than give my money to Walmart. Unfortunately, there are just some things I have to buy at Walmart, because no one else carries them.
