There is a lot of pharma grade gear that is not really pharma, just really well designed UGL, like CP, ZPHC, Spectrum, etc... I have received fake or severely underdosed gear from each one. Could I spot they were fake? Nope. They had the exact same label, from the exact same source that I purchased legitimate gear from. They probably had no idea they were selling me fake gear, as it was faked to them. Sometimes I think these high end UGLs either purposely fake or underdose their own gear to help their bottom line or their quality control sucks and they let a few crappy bottles slip by.
