What is Deca Durabolin?
Actually, Deca Durabolin is the trade name for Nandrolone Decanoate a base hormone that was developed way back in the 1950's. From the start, Deca D was popular among high performance athletes who needed a steroid for strength but with out the nasty side effects.

​The Deca dosage will obviously be determined by your goals. For most guys, between 200 and 400 mg per week is the sweet spot.
Deca is popular with female bodybuilders. The dosage is much lower than men, usually between 20mg -  50mg per week. Although side effects are mild, certain women may experience virilisation symptoms, so caution is advised.
​Bulking Deca Dura Dbol Cycle And PCT
The results you get with Dbol are different to Deca. Dianabol is great for kick starting a cycle as you'll gain muscle mass and weight rapidly within the first few weeks. With Deca the gains in strength take longer due to the slow release in the body.
