I stretch 10 minutes every morning and an abbreviated routine before bed. I am still fairly inflexible. There is a place near my home called stretch lab, they stretch you and from what I have heard people have great results. It is $$$ though.

I follow Dr. Marvin on YouTube, a performance chiropractor, who says his job is to make it to where you don't have to come see him. Anyways, I incorporate a lot of his warm ups and stretches that have significantly improved my performance and flexibility.
If it doesn't scare you, it is not heavy enough.
