Yes I’ve learn this while dieting for shows. The first weeks of cutting sugar and  junk carbs. I felt  better than ever.   I kept telling myself aim done with sweets. Thsn after winning my show. I sucked down a full sheet  ice cream cake from z carvel was still spent two days in hospital. Doctor said I was severely dehydrated.  I’m like I know this. It was due to the show.

Well I gain like 38!ponds of fluid, sugar was 300. I went in at 265 lbs. after fluid I came out like a blowfish 305 Lbs. I left with scripts for blood pressure, insulin ect.   Dude wrote me off as dead in few months.

Not to take away from topic. But I’ve learned you can’t explain bb dieting to the intelligent humans. They will look at you like you have three heads. But I understand there normal and eating bad 24/7 is ok to them

Anyone else ho through this after a show?

Haha. I did this. Binge ate for 2.5 days after, not a ton of calories, about 5,000 each day, but it was mostly fat and sugar. I went from 187 to 215 lbs. It took me 5 days and hydrochlorothyazide to get back to 190 lbs.
If it doesn't scare you, it is not heavy enough.
