Just microdose retatrutide.
My A1C actually went down (4.9) during this growth phase, pushing more food and running 18 iu of GH.
I know a lot of people use it to cut down the food noise and it does help with that, but I threw it in to manage blood sugar, as I knew blood sugar was going to be the limiting factor running that much GH for 10 weeks. I even had to reduce my pre and post workout humalog, as I was going hypo on my previous dose, which is crazy running that much GH.

Still needs to work on his posing though. That did suck. And this is coming from a guy who has some posing flaws.

I said the same thing when I saw all the videos. Then Mr. Olympic released the official video this morning. The kid killed it. Whoever took those videos and posted them up should be fucking ashamed of themselves.

Yeah, if you are doing a heavy oral stack like that they can be used as a good indicator for when you need to back off. I just like when guys are running orals and freak out when their AST and ALT come back double the reference range and I have to tell them to calm the fuck down. You should have been that high anyways if you trained hard. It's when they come back in the upper 200's and 300's that you need to start looking. I was listening to Kurt and Paul talk about in on a podcast, they have seen values as high as 1100 come back on some clients.

Nope. AST and ALT mean absolutely nothing for most people and fluctuate daily based on what you are doing. Train hard in the gym, they will be 3x the reference range. If not, you need to train harder. Catch a cold, elevated. Have a sex the night before, elevated. Eat something too spicey. elevated.
Just like we don't use creatinine as an indicator for kidney function, as it is a very poor indicator for kidney health. Use Cystatin C or do a clearance test. We don't use ALT and AST as an indicator for liver health, we use GGT.

I wonder how high and was it ALT, AST or GGT? I could give zero fucks about ALT and AST. They basically mean nothing, as they are influenced by so many variables.

Most compounds that are still used in the medical field do, as clinically that is what they were originally designed for, to treat anemia. If they failed to significantly raise RBC, they were scrapped.

I currently have issues with USPS, UPS and FEDEX. I have 3 open searches for USPS, packages missing or just sitting, not moving; UPS had 3 of my boxes at the local station, put 2 on the truck and sent one to MN; FEDEX had 2 of my boxes at the local station dropped one off and sent the other to CA. Like WTF is going on?

It is an oral GLP-1/GIP agonist, but not through direct action.

Well... that is really a dumb question, because T4 doesn't burn anything. It is the inactive hormone. It must be converted to T3. I think what you really mean to ask, is supplementing with T3 better than supplementing with T4 to burn bodyfat? That depends. If your T4 to T3 conversion already sucks then adding in more T4 doesn't improve it. You may just produce more rT3 or T2, which exactly what you don't want it to do. If your body is chewing through T4 like it is a PES dispenser, i.e. you are on a lot of GH, then adding in extra T4 is the most beneficial.

I am totally backwards. I do cardio first. I have found i pull far fewer muscles when I do this. Also I do not care about mac lifts or growth.
For what you do, brother, it totally makes sense do cardio first for the exact reasons you mentioned. Your primary focus is endurance, mobility and functional strength. I was speaking more on muscle growth and fat loss.
I got ya brother, only day I go heavy , or heavy for me is leg day. Dense quads really do help deal with leg kicks. I really don't do much for upper body. Starting to have joint probs in the elbows. Deads and heavy rows HURT!
Then don't do them. Haha. Your elbows are already taking a beating from sparring, grappling, hitting the bag, fighting, etc... Don't beat them up more by going heavy with the barbell. Instead find ways to use dumbbells and make the movement more difficult. One of my favorites to replace the barbell row is the bent over double dumbbell row. I will use an adjustable bench and place it at an incline so that I can comfortably rest my forehead on it in a bent over position and row the dumbbells up. You are not using your head for support, only as a gauge. Once you get to the point you cannot row and keep your head from coming off the bench, you are done. You have reached the point of muscle failure. Being that you can also rotate the dumbbells into a neutral, 30 or 45 degree angle you can get a better ROM and do not have to go as heavy.

It is best to split them up into two separate sessions without at least one meal in between. However, if you must do them together, because of your schedule then resistance training first and cardio second.

I won't sleep without mine. Even if I think I might dose off in the recliner I will move it to night stand next to it. I hate the feeling of waking up when I don't wear it. I even have a battery pack that I bought off Amazon for like $200 that will power it for 5 days if I lose power or if I go camping or something. The battery pack only weighs a couple lbs.
