Here is the thing on quads. Can you build bigger quads, yes. However, if you have long femurs you are in an uphill battle. Jipped you have seen my quads, no problem building muscle. Waist is 30.5 inches and quads are 28 inches, so this is definitely one of my strong points. I have trained with guys who train their quads just as hard as I do with the exact same tempo, ROM, intensity, etc... quads never really grow. They are all much taller than me.

I have long thin frame. Yeah I would love to have a small % of the muscle you have built. I try. I am thinking about hitting them 2x a week.
